Description

Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. We own and operate a dog boarding business on the property- hence why there are so may blocked off times- but open the yards for Sniffspot during our slower days. We close the kennel dogs in while sniffspot guests are here.

Hi Friends! I spent the last 2 years working as an in home pet sitter in Arizona and I have been involved in rescue since I was a teenager. Earlier this year, I took my dreams to another level by moving to this beautiful 21 acre property in Cleveland that has a 12 stall dog kennel building on it. I am in the works of opening a dog boarding/ day care business, but also wanted to offer our property for folks looking for a peaceful outing with their pup. I just constructed the new fenced in, 60x60 agility play area and we have a beautiful trail you can walk as well. I am also offering the areas associated with the kennel until we open in late July. Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please ask any questions!

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located. There are dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!
