Description

Just 25 minutes from Ann Arbor. Property has a pond, woods and plenty of room to run. I have horses on the property in their own fenced in areas that the dogs may enjoy and you too! There is an indoor arena for enclosed covered area if needed on a rainy day. The arena will need notice so that I can close off the horses for you to use if you like. There is also a very quiet dirt road that you can take walks down to see this beautiful area. There are several old Henry Ford buildings in my area, his summer working mill is just down the road for any history buffs

We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Welcome! We are working hard to make our peaceful, quiet 12 acres into a beautiful park. You are welcome at any time, day or night, to walk, run, bike, ski or snowshoe with your dogs. We no longer have any pets-- no more dogs, horses, chickens, or other livestock. We are often visited by deer and groundhogs. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress!
