Additional rules

Parking: there is free parking on the side street (walnut lane). If you do park in the driveway please avoid parking directly behind other cars if possible. Doggie pool- I’ll bring this out for bookings but you may not see it in all the photos because it kills the grass if I leave it out under the sun. If you do not wish to use the doggie pool just let me know and I won’t set it up. If you need more water/refresh water- there is a hose on the side of the house to do so. Dog toys: I supply a few dog toys for outdoor use- balls, ropes and other fetch items. If these go over the fence when in use please return them to the inside fenced area.

I am a proud dog and cat mom! They keep me on my toes and I love doing this with them. For that reason I understand wanting to have a safe place to bring your pup where they can play safely. While my property is in a suburban neighborhood and therefore comes with certain things- like people walking on the road, noise from traffic, and me potentially coming and going (very limited and I will do my best not to be visible during your time here).

Large suburban yard, lots of great bushes to sniff, shady most of the day except high noon, baby pools available to fill, very low-key and relaxed. Perfect place for dogs without having to drive out of the way!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
