1 Acre Fully Fenced Private yard In Robinson

WE TEMPORARILY HAVE TURNED AVAILABILITY OFF SO WE CAN PLANT GRASS IN THE BARE SPOTS AND ALLOW IT TO GROW FOR THE SPRING. Will most likely only take two weeks so we will be back to full availability soon. Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. No dogs close by but may see some deer and groundhogs etc. and some cats. Yard is unfenced and has pear tree in center. I’m just trying this so as it gets used will be happy to make a nice, safe secluded area to sit back and enjoy.
