Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD 10 acre property, approximately 5 acres of dog friendly area. Path around the pond and into the back of the property where there is woods. The back of the property is less maintained and it is only recommended to go back there if you wish to explore and are sure to be safe with your dog on leash, just because the previous owners of the property left some car debris back there that may be harmful to dogs if they are not careful. We take our three Chihuahuas here all the time with no issues. We’ve taken them to the back as well, but usually just stay to the maintained area around the pond. People have heard coyotes and seen coyote trails on the property so if you have a small dog, it is recommended to be on leash just in case. Pond is great for dogs to swim, relatively clean water that our dogs and ourselves swim in. Pond also has an island in the middle, which makes for a cool place for dogs to swim to. Be sure to wash dogs after as there is poison ivy or oak on the island that could stick on dogs fur.

Past the bridge there is two trailers in an open area, please do not go in this area as there is two people living here and they may be working in that small area at some times. + reported broken glass in that area. Please pick up after your dog. Be cautious with your dog off leash. Always be aware of wild animals. If going to the very back past the pond, watch for car debris, and be careful with your dog. If you are going off leash, please only go off leash once passed the bridge, and go back on leash when coming to the front of the property on the bridge, as cars drive frequently in and out of this property.

It's got 4ft. high fencing with the access door directly from the driveway. It's gravel so no ticks, mud or puddles. In warmer months the hose is available to you. From June to October, two market umbrellas will shade half the space, and two patio chairs give you a place to sit while your pup(s) play. Lighting at night year round. This space has accommodated 10 dogs of all sizes at one time with ample room for all, but for your visit, it's all yours for one to two dogs. Please note that during your visit there will likely be dogs in my house, either staying for the day or boarding. Expect to hear them bark, but they won't be outside with you.
