Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a dog lover and outdoor enthusiast offering my 8-acre backyard as a wide-open space for dogs to run, sniff, and explore nature at their own pace. I know how valuable it is for pups to have space to roam freely, and I’m excited to share this peaceful property with fellow pet owners. The land is open and scenic, surrounded by trees and natural beauty—perfect for adventurous dogs who love to stretch their legs. Please note that the property is not fenced, so it’s best suited for dogs with good recall or those who stay close to their owners. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to train, a scenic spot for fetch, or a relaxing break from crowded parks, my backyard is here for you and your pup to enjoy. Farmland Property has two farm fields, Woods with trails. 10 Achres of grass and Salt Creek in back of the house/yard. (Fallen Trees down in trails from last tornado. All pets, teens and children must stay with owner at all times! Stay away from widow makers: Any tree leaned against another which, will fall at some point and could kill any living thing under it when it falls! 10 foot drop off surrounding entire property= wetland/tertuaries: Do not enter due to probable quick sand, per great Lakes fish and game wardens and assigned wetland scientist that frequent property and protect the wetlands. All NW IN wild animals share property. Brown recuse spiders: found on wood. Coyotes, deer and wild turkeys roam throughout the land. Sand cranes, geese, large Crows, Owls, and Midwest birds hang out. Eagles, and Hawks will take small dogs, cats and children. No drugs, marijuana, alcohol while, wandering property with dog on sniffspot.com. If smoking or vaping do not throw butts/litter in yard and not allowed in trails/forest areas only open grass areas. Thank you! Cathy
