Description

We are a local horse farm offering our land for dog play time! We have aussies who LOVE to use the property to get their zoomies out. The entire property is fenced in horse fencing. There is a separate area that we use as an arena that is grassy and flat and a fenced pasture that is hilly. Horses live here- they will not be out if ample notice is given. If your looking for indoor play- you can shut the barn doors and have a 300 ft sawdust hallway perfect for running!

*Paige2040 first visit discounts* **PLEASE READ THE HOURS OF AVAILABILITY IN THE BODY OF THIS DESCRIPTION. **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. One is a hound, so . . . ** there are poop bags interspersed along the fence line for your convenience. Pictured above. All Sniffspot proceeds made from this yard go to Fur Kids shelter.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.

	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
