There is a furnished shaded deck, lounge chairs, and a covered front porch with seating for inclement weather. ***please be advised that there is No outside lights on the property for night time, please schedule accordingly. Hi there! I have four pups and they love our 2 acer fully fenced in yard so I’d love to share it with other pups in the area while I’m at work or when we just aren’t using the space. The space is super convenient to anywhere in the Charlottesville area. Please be sure to keep our space clean by picking up after your pup and yourself. Walk the fence line to get active with your pup or sit under the shade trees and let them explore on their own.

Unfenced field in Afton, Virginia. Confidently located within minutes from exit 99 on 64. 15 minutes to Waynesboro, with vineyards and wineries nearby. A nice place for an evening walk. Most walk their dogs along the edge of the property, through the access road, then back up the gravel drive to the spot. There is a mowed field around the burn pile that is nice for pups to run. We will be putting a fence up in the fall!

I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. Shuttle services available for an additional fee

Im not 💯 sure what the size of the yard is but its good for all size dogs. We have 3 dogs and its more than big enough for them.
