Description

This is a private fully fenced ten acre property,however the front one acre is the only part that is available to guests due to the back property being used for our horses. We do not allow guests or other dogs on the back property for your safety and our horses safety. A kiddie pool and water hose are available along with a water bowl and stick library. Feel free to bring any toys you would like. Please provide your own dog bags which can be thrown away in our dumpster on your way out. There is a small table and two chairs available. Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster before leaving. This is our personal private residence so be respectful but enjoy the freedom. Dogs are allowed to be dogs, dig,poop, pee, run and bark all you want out here!

Hazards

Large, rough and tumble dogs love it here. This is the country so if you have a dog that does not love dog type things such as, dirt, trails, sticks mud when it rains this would not be a good fit .

Do not enter the back of the property with your dogs.We have horses and want you, your dogs and our horses to remain safe. If the horses are in view and you are able to pet them you may do that over the fence. Never enter their area and do not feed them.

Thank you for viewing us! Our backyard is a private area, fully fenced with plenty of space for your dog to exercise and enjoy some time outside. It backs up to a wooden area that you are free to explore but it is not part of the fenced area. We live on a cul-de-sac so there's plenty of parking options in front of the house as well as a drive way for accessibility. We have a back gate for quick access and if you need assistance or have questions, feel free to reach out to us!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
