Come take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear and perfectly balanced blue water while having some fun in the sun with friends, family, and pets (dogs are allowed to swim too). Or simply enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway from it all. Most amenities are complimentary or can be provided upon request for a small additional charge. Additional rules

For groups with 6 people or more (not including dogs) there is an additional charge of $10 per hour. Swimming is at own risk. No one intoxicated is allowed in the water. Dogs and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. All solid pet waste is to be picked up and disposed of in the trash can by owner. Diapers are required for any children not potty trained. Smoking/vaping is permitted outside only and cigarettes must be safely extinguished and discarded. Overall crowd noise, music, and dog barking must be kept to reasonable volume levels. No DJs. Drugs, weapons, fireworks, violence, or illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests are responsible for all setup, breakdown, and cleanup and must return the space to its original condition prior to leaving. Host may charge a one time $100 security/cleaning fee to the payment method on file for any unreasonable messes or damages caused by any guests or pets during their stay. Thank you for following all rules and please have fun!

Hello! We have a fully-fenced yard on an incline hill with 3,000 sq ft. of beautiful fescue grass. We have a sitting area for owners and playground equipment for kids. Though we are new to the community, we are eager to begin adding fun amenities for pups and cannot wait to help them get those wiggles out at our spacious home yard!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
