They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

I am committed to maintaining constant communication with you before and during your visit to address any questions, concerns, or issues that you may have. The size of the yard is approximately 6,426 square feet. Caveats: The landscaping looks worse in the early spring, late fall, and winter. The landscaping looks better in the late spring, summer, early fall, or in snow. There is a small steel garbage can where you can discard your poop bags before you leave, just inside the yard on the left side of the house (if you're looking at the house from the front). Since I also pet sit, your pet will have plenty of dog smells to sniff out in the backyard! Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. All proceeds go to help homeless animals and low-income pet owners! Message before arrival for the combination to the lock on the gate. (It will be changed regularly.)
