Description

We have 10 acres of land on our farm that we want to essentially make usable to people with dogs to really be able to run around and play fetch with or whatever your dog is into. Part of the property lower section has a creek if your dog wanted to get a drink or play in it. Welcome to bring a friend and their dog to play with them and can split the hourly cost. The outside is fully fenced, but up at the top where one tree line is located no longer has fencing since we sold our cows and opened it up for tractors and equipment access. If your dog isn't trained to come when called and would potentially run away, wouldn't recommend. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife may be present pending upon time of day.

HOST NOTE

Wildlife and maybe some minor holes or divets in dirt from doing work with machines. No massive holes or any dangers. Also we have a shallow gas well on the property so nothing flammable should come close to that. It's green and pictured in one of the pictures

We have almost 16 acres, just 1 mile from Canonsburg & McMurray. We have 3 separate pastures fenced in. One is where we plant our gardens, one is large & fenced in (but not escape proof), and one is about 1/2 acre. This smaller one is secure (unless your dog is very small or will dig under a fence) If you want your dog to be off leash we will ask you to use the 1/2 acre back pasture which has cattle fencing (you will access using a secure gate). If you keep your dog on the leash you’re welcome to walk him or her anywhere in our other pastures or in our woods. Before you let your dog off the leash, please inspect my fencing to be sure your dog will not be able to get out. Two chairs and a table are provided for comfort. A first aid kit, poop bags and a trash can are available. Water bowls (filled with clean water) and dog toys/balls will be available and will be sanitized after every use. Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)
