Hazards

In the summer, the pond has been known to have blue-green algae. Please keep your dog securely leashed until you are inside the fenced yard, so they are not tempted to have a swim.

Indoor Dog Wash$15

A raised dog wash where you can give your dog a hot bath inside. Towels, shampoo and rubber apron provided. Please text me if you are booking a dog wash. It is accessible only through the garage, and I will need to let you in.

Additional rules

Please park in the cul de sac and walk down the driveway before going around to the back of the garage. Enter through the small gate behind the garage. (For extra safety, you can pivot the wooden block on the gate to keep it from opening if a dog jumps on the latch.) Please do not come onto the deck or let your dogs onto the ground cover beneath it. There is not much landscaping in the back yard, but I would appreciate if you would not allow your dogs to walk over the small flower beds.

I'm a small business owner who works at home. I built my house in 2015 and put in a large yard for my two dogs. But because they are with me inside most of the time, the yard doesn't get used much. Sniffspot looks like a good way to share the yard with others, and I'm looking forward to meeting more local dog owners this way.

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
