The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!

We are pleased to invite you and your dog to our lovely fully fenced in area on our 12 acre property in the countryside of Montpelier, VA. 30 min from downtown Richmond, VA - come escape to the quiet and tranquil area we have set up and fenced off for dogs. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. Walking trails have been cut and wildlife is often seen in our little sanctuary. Please be mindful of neighbors and leave the area as you found it. Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. The Hive Private Dog Park In Manassas

Welcome to the Hive's Sniffspot! We have just about a half acre of completely fenced in yard for you and your pups to enjoy with grass, trees, lots of great sniffs, toys, and room to run! You and your pupper can play fetch, frisbee, and tug. You can tease your pupper with our flirt pole or maybe you want to just relax on our covered porch, rocking the time away while your BFF explores the yard! We have squirrels to chase, fresh water to drink, a hose to spray your pup down with, a sprinkler and/or pupper pool to frolic in on those hot summer days, and a towel to dry them off with! We even have a huge sandbox for sanctioned digging! The queen of our hive is our 2 year old pibble mix, Sophie, who (on request) can be invited to come out and play with your pupper -- after a proper introduction, of course! Our Sophie loves her yard, and we are so excited to be able to share it with you and your pup! If we are home and you'd like a pitcher of filtered ice water and glasses, just message us and we will be happy to have it waiting for you! We want to make sure that you and your pups feel comfortable and at home!

A reactive dog himself, our rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! We welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. Swimming is at the discretion of the owner/booker, and we have no ability to control lake conditions. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!
