15 acre L shaped partially wooded lot. Includes a small trail, woods, creek, and 1 acre pond with floating dock. Private property without other dogs, although noted neighbors have dogs fenced. I have 2 outside cats. Paved driveway. Located 5 minutes from downtown Germantown.

Hi, we hope you enjoy our place as much as we do. Currently this is where we have called home for the past 15 years. We enjoy our local wildlife and often have a bald eagle and king fisher visit our pond. Currently we have a family of deer and a family of geese! We have a doe who had twins this year! We are supporting a local second generation farmer who wants to start farming with his grandfather and have allowed him to plant crops. While our place isn't as pristine as the larger farms next to us, we are happy to know our smaller farmer is happy doing organic farming without pesticides. We open up our land to you and your dogs to enjoy, roam, and explore!

There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also.
