Description

Large rolling, wide open area for your dog to run as well as a creek that runs through the property. Feel free to utilize any parts of the property away from the home site. We do have chickens and goats that are in pens by the homesite.

Property runs from brick house you see on the left all the way over to Route 33. Plenty of space.

Michele's Private Dog Park In Charlottesville- There are 17 farm fields within the farm so you must call us before visit for your assigned vacant pasture.

A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
