Natures Dog Palace! 27 acres of maintained trails and free running space!

The property is mostly wooded with some open field areas. There’s a trail system that is manicured and maintained as best as possible, but it’s not perfect, yet! The pond is a duck pond, my dogs will go in around the edges but rarely swim. I personally don’t like it but dogs will be dogs. There are domestic ducks who can out swim the dogs but please ensure they’re not chased on land. There are trash cans randomly and picnic tables scattered throughout- More will continue to be added. WiFi is currently being connected and should available throughout the property and trails. Pathway lights will be added. The trails can lead you to the highway border- It is fenced, there’s two spots along the trails to lower the fence and cross over and access the rest stop bathroom, vending machines, etc.

Monarch Hills Farm Private Dog Trails With Lake View In Holly

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

Welcome! We are excited to share our yard with you and your dog! This is a 0.25 acre rectangle of flat land with lush cut grass. Bring your dog(s) to run, play or train. We provide dog water, a few toys, shelter and shade. There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! ❄️ During the winter months, please plan to bring water for your dog. There will be a bowl available for use, but any water left out will just freeze 🥶 FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter (out during milder weather as the tank freezes in severely cold weather). Please just turn it off when not in use to conserve propane.
