Le terrain que je vous propose est en forêt, en montagne. Il y a un magnifique sentier en petites roches et en terre qui fait une boucle d’environ 1 km. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de vue mais la forêt est magnifique et très privée. Nous comptons améliorer le terrain au fil du temps, par exemple en ajoutant des chaises, une table de pique-nique, des jeux pour les chiens et plus encore… Il y a aussi un petit lac privé! Si vous prévoyez vous baigner avec vos chiens apportez vos gilets de sécurité et vos serviettes! ENGLISH The land that I am offering you is in the forest, in the mountains. There is a beautiful small rock and dirt trail that loops about 1 km. There isn't much of a view, but the forest is beautiful and very private. We plan to improve the grounds over time, for example by adding chairs, a picnic table, games for dogs and more… There is a small private lake, if you plan to swim with your dogs bring your safety vests and towels! Feel free to go off path, maybe you'll find something we haven't found yet! During winter seasons, we recommend you either bring snow shoes or ice cleats because access to these areas are harder to achieve, but not impossible! During spring/summer/fall, we recommend you wear long clothing to protect yourselves from any insects or plants. Exclusive and calm oasis for dog

***Charges are in USD*** ** we will be closed from January to March ** This is a 1.5 acre field that is perfect for off-leash and distraction free time with your dogs! This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Please note that the app uses USD, so expect a 30% increase due to the exchange rate. There are some burrs on the hill under the trees. Will be adding play items, watering bowls and doggie poop station in the near future . Can park on side of road or in driveway just don't block any cars in.

The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!
