This property is unadulterated nature right in town. 2 acres, unfenced.
Actual access to property is located behind Bancroft Arena. From this access you rarely see or hear anything. Occasionally a loud cheer from the ball fields or the occasional big rig breaking can be heard but this is very rare.
Although the Bancroft dog park is close in proximity, there is a significant amount of property between the two. Occasionally training whistles can be heard.

Come enjoy our 100 acre property with an established trail, a pond and a hilltop area with a picnic table, seating and fire pit. We are located only 10 minutes west outside of Peterborough. Our property is home to wildlife such as turkeys and deer - although it may be rare to spot them.

Due to the size of our property, our trails are not plowed during the winter so we highly recommend wearing winter boots, spikes, snowshoes to enjoy the trails.
