Have 2 hammocks, multiple chairs, and table for use. double gated doors for entrance. Sanded area and fire Pit. Patio. Swing. Fully fenced and gaps are covered with rocks and pavers. dogs are secure in yard. Dog bowl available. Parking on driveway available. Flat grassy yard with clear view of most areas in the yard. Flower beds surrounding some of the grass. Multiple areas for dogs to explore. Easy for dogs to run, explore and play. A lot of sniffing too!! We do our best to keep the yard clean and tidy.

HOST NOTE

Branches , shed, there are bricks in a semi circle. We do go out and check the yard as we have 2 dogs- one is 6 lb - as much as possible. We have wildlife as we back up to woods. The animals dig at times and there can be holes in the ground - we do check regularly . There is uneven ground due to water flow in the back left side of the yard, and it is uneven . We have small rocks around the sandpit and a slate walkway. I have swinging egg chairs that I would like to add to the yard but they can cause one to go off balance and need caution if sitting in the chair. They can also tip over if swung too high. Hammock can also cause one to be off balance and need caution if sitting or laying on it. We have stones, wood and other home materials that may be layed out blocking the fence. Wild animals may move them to enter yard. We check regularly for safety.

For the month of June and July as well )we are donating a portion of our fees to Pawsibilities due to their devastating fire. We are adding in August as well!! If you would like to make an additional donations to them , here is their website. https://www.pawsibilitiesrescue.org/make-donation https://www.pawsibilitiesrescue.org/make-donation We enjoy our backyard and love this idea of sharing our space !! It’s a secure 6 ft fenced in yard with all areas open for you to see your pup(s). I have chairs available for you to relax for some time. We have a few toys and will add more as I see growth with this concept . We are happy to host!! We are open to private suggestions as we want to accommodate as much as we can. We ask that guests pick up after pups and try to scan the yard twice a day. There Are bags available and a nearby trash can . Please feel comfortable to use chairs table and swing! There is a hose on the other side of the fence that you are welcome to use during the hot weather. Please just shut the water off when you are finished and make sure gate is closed.

We have a lovely large, mostly open, yard that offers a wonderful spot with room for dogs to run. The property is on a slope, with a bit of an incline, and beautiful views from the top. The fence is post and rail with wire fencing along it. Tall mature trees add shade and there is a bench for sitting. Please note: There is a swimming pool in the backyard within the fence line; dogs are not allowed in the pool when open or on the cover when closed.

🐶♥️We have a reactive dog that is afraid of people and I thought it would be such a great opportunity to share our space that we love so much with other people who have reactive dogs or who just don’t have a fenced in yard! This is a safe space for all! ♥️ You will be able to use our driveway. Pull all the way into the driveway and take your dog from your car, directly into the fenced in yard. Theyard is about 3500 to 4000 ft.² around the side of the yard is an area with a table and chairs also a small screened in porch that you are welcome to use with your pup! I will make sure that there is a dog bowl and bags for picking up poop available for you. Trash cans are right as soon as you park! If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. You’re more than welcome to hang out there while your dog get some sniffs and energy out.
