Hello and welcome! We have a large, completely fences in backyard. There is a brick patio, a flagstone patio, grass, dirt, trees, squirrels, birds, leaves, and so many spots, smells, and textures for your dog to explore. I can’t wait to communicate and customize this space for your dog(s)!

2 acre pond for dogs to train and swim. Partially fenced , but off a main road. Total of 3 acres. Leashes not required but to do so is at your own risk. Bring your own chairs, water etc. please remove all trash you may have as no trash cans are available. You may park past the pond on the grass to your left by the big trees too if you like since it’s so hot. just allow for access for delivery’s etc. We are open for outside events for any rescue group that needs a venue as well. Just message me here for information. Due to the severe heat/dryness, the pond is currently low. Swimming for dogs is at owner’s discretion, I will update here as weather changes. quarter acre lovely fenced yard, well-kept area with agility course, kiddie pools, and ramp. Lots of fun stuff to do. Small building with toys, A/C and heat for use by the humans and dogs to store personal items, drinks, food, etc. Table with umbrella for the humans. Grill available upon request. Host is a dog trainer and behavior specialist.

Come bring your fur babies to swim with you in our private backyard swimming pool. Pool is 9 ft at the deepest point. If yours is like mine he loves to float on rafts with me that are provided in our backyard oasis. We offer a membership to our property which can save you money if you’re a frequent guest. We also will be adding some date night with a movie swim so look for details ❤️ Can’t wait to see you❤️ We allow two people per dog at your visit. If you wish to add additional people please let me know. We want you to have a great time and enjoy the pool with your fur babies ❤️ We allow up to 3 dogs with 2 humans per dog.

In the country

We may not have clover 100% of the year but we are turning our yard into a local plant and wildlife sanctuary and cutting back on just grass. We currently still have a large grassy area in both shade and sun but plan to have more and more diverse plants as time goes on. As extras we have a hose with a sprinkler attachment, a dog sized pool and homemade dog treats. For everyone we have sticks and balls for you to use or bring your own. We have a large double lot on the side of the house for your dog to have plenty of space to run and play. Our cancellation policy: if you get here and the weather is not perfect but it’s what was forecast, we do not refund your money. If there is a sudden storm or unpredicted downpour please cancel if you can before arriving. if it should start while you are here and you have to leave we will give you a refund if you did not get the major part of your visit. 

Open yard/field/pasture perfect for stretching legs, playing fetch, training, scent work, recall, agility etc. There is a barbed wire fence on three sides that keeps in cattle. There is low traffic on nearby roads. There is a friendly Livestock Guardian Dog who stays near the house at the back of the property. He will bark to alert us that you are there. There are dogs and cats on the property who will be securely put away during visits.
