Description

The only Sniffspot with a heated indoor room in all of Indiana! With A/C in the summer. I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs who need a break from the shelter, have a place to go enjoy time with their humans besties or dogs who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. 2 people per dog max. (exceptions for adoption meet n greets, and families only). Message me for inquires. Our heated Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and theirs. It hasn’t seem to disturb my guests with their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. Aside from the driveway before you enter, there is no direct barrier to their fence. And no she cannot make it over the fence. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, kiddie pools, A-frame, jolly balls, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -A bucket of toys of all size, age and destruction levels. -endless tennis balls -towels -multiple kiddie pools. -multiple raised cots for your pup to relax or train on. -accessible water hose -SPLASH PAD -plenty of doggie bags at your disposal -A water dispenser and cups. -This spot is dedicated to my soul mate Tucker who crossed over the rainbow bridge way too early. This would’ve been his dream yard.🐾🌈 At Tuckers Wish we are always changing and improving our spot. We always appreciate any feedback on how we can improve your visits and make you want to come back. So please don't ever hesitate to reach out. Tucker was one of the friendliest and most social dogs you would have ever met. He would've loved to meet every single one of you. So i want this spot to alway make you feel welcome the way he made everyone feel when you met him.

I work with animals daily then come home to my 4 dogs. I bought the house specifically for the yard for them. I lost my soul dog Tucker in 2020, and thought what a way to honor him by building a yard he would have loved dedicated specifically to him. Then decided to share it with other dogs that would love it and need the private space. Every dog needs a place to to just be a dog. 🐾

We have a little under an acre of land for your pup(s) to roam. Lots of space to toss a ball, play, run, and sniff. We have multiple gardens, several trees, a playhouse, playground with slide, firepit, stacked wood, a compost pile, a greenhouse & shed, a sandbox (please don’t allow dog to pee or poop here) and a little dome made out of sticks. We have a covered back porch with chairs and also chairs by the firepit. We have a small patch of open dirt that pups can dig in. There is a hose with a filter if pup needs water. We can provide a poop bag if you need one, but would prefer you bring your own. We provide hand sanitizer for guests. Have fun!

Officially will be reopened for rentals starting December 29! Let your doggos run and play in a fully fenced, mature wooded setting right in the center of Indianapolis! The property is a certified wildlife habitat. As your pets play, enjoy birdwatching and sightings of cardinals, woodpeckers, blue jays, bluebirds, hummingbirds, finches, and more. Wildlife less present in winter. No pesticides or chemicals are used anywhere on the property. Grass is doggy-safe! Only organic cedar mulch with no dyes are present. A bat house installed at the back of the woods helps control mosquitos naturally in summer. NOTE: Straw blankets are in place to control muddy areas from concrete construction that was done this winter. I am controlling it as much as I can before reseeding the grass in spring and fall. Try to keep dogs off those areas as much as possible please, but I realize it won’t be possible to totally avoid them. Total lot size .67 acres; only the backyard is used for Sniffspot guests. Nearby traffic sounds are possible but not constantly present.
