The acreage is not fenced yet, but the front and right (from the entrance) is mostly a tree line, the left is a drainage ditch, and the rear is my neighbor's fence. Coupon codes are available to local animal rescues to reserve times/spots. Grass is cut the first weekend of the month when the ground is dry enough. I will reinvest heavily if this place shows potential.

Dogs can swim in the streams as there are many pockets. there is a field next door but it is not owned. plenty of space to run around. Dog toys included. there is a small man made pond with a water feature that allows small dogs to swim. I do have ducks but i will make sure to have put away in their coop. they will not be visible. please make sure to leave them alone and do not tamper with their coop!
