My name is Linda Konrad and have been a dog trainer for over 47 years. Love this little spot of heaven just off 35W and hope you will enjoy it too. It’s a work in progress and we plan to bring lots to the area when it comes to loving living and enjoying our dogs. Look forward to meeting you all and your dogs. Stay safe
Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out till late afternoon, there is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horse and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away from the dog park. We also have some large tow dumpsters on the property that come and go down the driveway occasionally when they are rented out.

The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Puppy play time! Bring your pups to run and explore our property. We have a fully fenced yard or an open, unfenced field…your choice! Total property is 2.5 acres. Important note: Our property is bordered by a creek. It is not to be entered/accessed by Sniffspot visitors, please.
I have over an acre of land. Most of my property is fenced and has a gate in the front. The very back of the property has a creek without water. There is also a separate building that you can use for cleanup with a sink and towels. I absolutely love animals. My passion is cats, but I do also love dogs.

Our Sniffspot sits on an acre. Your babies will have a large range of fenced in yard with both grass and dirt. Plenty of shade for the sunny days!
This field is very private and is fenced in all except the gate area in the very front. The gate is broken.
Come enjoy our backyard oasis. We have plenty of covered seating for any weather. A tree swing for all ages. Lights for night time. Fire pit. Outlet for charges. Wi-Fi available if needed. A fridge for drinks(water included) We also have a speaker if you like to listen to some music with your pups. In the summer months we will have a sprinkler to play/keep cool in.
