Yard is fully fenced around the land sides however there is 140 feet of waterfront on Lake LBJ that is not fenced to be accessible to dogs and people. The water acts as a natural barrier.

Description

This half an acre property is gently sloping to 140 feet of Lake LBJ waterfront. It is fully fenced except for the waterfront portion. Dogs love sniffing all of the nooks and crannies, they enjoy zooming around the giant yard and then (some) will cool off in the water. There is a ramp at the water so pups can go in as much or as little as they want. It’s a great way to introduce water play to your dog. Water-loving dogs will have a blast swimming and fetching in this quiet cove with it’s No Wake Zone.

Park at the end of the driveway in front of the RV garage. Enter through the first chain-link gate with your dog on leash, turn to your left and you will see second gate entrance, walk past the pool to the second gate, then enter the back section. Dogs must stay on leash until fully inside the back yard. The Space: Fully fenced (chain-link, wood, and deer fencing). Great for most dogs. Not ideal for very small escape artists. Included: • Balls & tug toys • Seating for guests • Bottled water (humans) • Fresh water for dogs • Hose + optional sprinkler • Waste bags provided There is a trampoline out there and if your dog chooses to jump up on it, that is fine, they are welcome to get on it.
