- No smoking 🚭 - Please latch gate closed once inside -All pet waste must be picked up with a poop bag *Tied off and placed in the designated flower pots. - No unattended dogs **Extra Human Guests** -Every reservation includes two human guests. -If you'd like to invite more human guests (up to 2 additional people), there is a $10 fee per extra person. -This can be found on the extras page Information on Unfenced Area and Lake/Trail Access - The lake shore and the surrounding land outside the fence is not on our property and anything you do outside of our property and Sniffspot is at your own risk. -Understanding this, our fence has a gate in which to access the public lake shore controlled by the Corp of Engineers. -If you have questions regarding their property on Lake Lewisville or water conditions we suggest contacting the Lake Lewisville Corp of Engineers office directly. -Water is inherently dangerous and we would never directly encourage risky behavior.
