Just follow the road past the private drive sign and park next to the pole 3/4 of the way down the drive. Do not pull on grass please. Just allow access for other vehicles to get up and down road. When done please pull in drive next to the house and simply back out and go back the way you came.. no thru pull in

No neighbor dogs near. Wide open back of yard. Chicken wire ran along bottom of fencing to keep in the smallest of puppies. The views are gorgeous especially at sunrise. We do treat for fleas & ticks. Back porch has full roof and nice place to get out of sun or just to sit on. We do have a water spicket available spring through fall.
Just over 1 acre of open space to let your dog(s) run and play. Secure 6ft steel post privacy fence around the entire perimeter with no holes/gaps. Seating for relaxing while your dog(s) run, and clean water bowls and toys are provided. First $25 profit from our Sniffspot goes to the Joplin Humane Society every month! 3 plus acres to play with your dog, or spend time training them. Lots of room for both. We have a place to sit out by the pond with fire pit. So bring a little wood, have a small fire, sit and enjoy the stars with your fur pups. There is a small wooded area for training hunting dogs, with short and tall grass area around it as well. Lots of room to park. Please pick up after yourself and pet. Bring doggie bags with you. Trash cans available, water available for you and your pet by water hose weather permitting. Usually fall/ winter hoses put away. We also have a concrete slab area with basketball hoop setup. So come spend a couple hours out in the country with your fur baby.
Located right off interstate 44 and just a little southeast of interstate 49 is a large yard for your furry family members to get out and stretch their legs. Large mowed yard, summer has a kiddy pool, sprinkler, and garden hose. There are also horses on property to watch. For the 2 legged family members, there is a hammock, fire pit, chairs, and then a picnic table coming soon. Just a nice large yard to get the zooming out!!
My home is 9 minutes off highway 44 and about 12 minutes from the city of Joplin. I live on 5 acres that is partially wooded. There is more than enough room for your fur babies to enjoy.
Conveniently situated on Highway 43 north of the Joplin Airport, the R4C offers a fully-fenced ¾ acre lot with a covered entry for your off-lead, private playtime! We'll have short grass, long grass, with lots of novel smells! We have some farm animals on premises, but will never be accessible for your pet. Plastic kiddie pools, puppy parkour obstacles, and personal training lessons available upon request!
