Description
Host Rules
Highly recommend flea and tick prevention, we are out in the woods and ticks are year round. Dogs can be off leash at your own discretion. Good recall a must! Please park beside the garage beside the shed. There will be a trailhead sign and flags leading you up the hill. Dog poop bags, trash can, and other items will be on the small porch behind the garage. We live on the property so if you have any issues don’t hesitate to reach out. We have a dog, but she will be kept inside and entertained while you are here. Finally, we have a feral cat that we that love dearly that hangs out on the main porch so please keep your dog leashed when in the area.

Beautiful spot with lots of wide open spaces for big runs and fun things to sniff. Lots of toys provided, as well as a kiddy pool with fresh water changed daily to keep your pups cool in the summer. I will not put on the kiddy pool on days when it will be less than 60 degrees during your visit unless specifically requested, which you are welcome to do. Look for the big rock with the address number on it, come all the way up the driveway, park near the basketball hoop, then bring the dog(s) through the gate between the barn and the house. Please note one section of the yard has chickens. They are well protected in a sturdy coop; your dog(s) won’t be able to get to them. But if you are worried about their reactivity, that section of the yard is in the back, and it will start off with the gate closed, your dog won’t see them. But if you’re not worried about it or unsure, you’re welcome to open the gate to that portion of the yard, the chickens will still be secured.

The gate is on the left side of the house, and will be unlocked. Give it a good push, to open. Shut it tight behind you, the lock sometimes sticks.
