Description

4 acre Meadow with Community Ditch Water 💦 dogs 🐶 love to play in! Ditch is a 5 minute walk from entrance at back of property with wildflowers along the Ditch. Off-highway parking. Gated and fenced. Prairie Dogs underground and I saw 2 empty burrows too. Sometimes Deer 🦌 come down too. Appropriate for lap dogs in center of meadow away from fence. Amazing beautiful spot feel free to picnic near the ditch on level ground surrounded by wildflowers 🌸 🌸. Enjoy yourself 😄

Hazards

Very rarely a hawk to come hunting. 2 Medium size burrows on property might be a badger or skunk. Fairly even land but be very careful in meadows and ditch while walking.
