Description

-Fully fenced, private back yard, located easy walking distance from Marietta Square. -Friendly neighborhood with people walking all times of the day. -A huge, 3-tiered deck for you to enjoy a relaxing westward view while your pup plays, lounges, & does their favorite doggy things! -There are dogs nearby, but no worries about fence aggression as we do not share a fence with other dogs. -My dog, Abbie, passed recently and I'm happy to share this little haven with you & your dogs!

Additional rules

Please use the entrance on the north (right) side of the house. If you walk past the front door, there is a pathway to a wooden fence & gate. No smoking. You're welcome to use the deck, but do not enter the screened porch. It is part of our living space. Don't let you dog scratch or lean against the screening on the screened porch. It's not really made for rough & tumble contact.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
