55Very nice play area with toys for use. We were visiting from down south and there was snow, so our dog was having a blast with her ‘cousin’ dog for her first snow day!
55This was our first time using Sniffspot and Brooke was so sweet. Our pups had fun even in the rain!
55Very cute lawn! My dogs where interested in everything and enjoyed sniffing everything.l! The high and low dog water dishes huge hit with my dogs. The front fence was a little low but there was enough interesting things dogs toys and even homemade treats my dogs didn't bother investigating the fence.
45I took two of my 3 dogs to visit this spot. My dogs enjoyed sniffing and playing ball. It’s very shaded which was nice on a warm day. The only issue I had was that the very back part of the fencing isn’t privacy and the neighbors came out into their back porch with a dog. This greatly upset my anxious dog and he struggled to calm down after that. Overall it was a good trip and I would return but maybe not with my nervous dog.
55Perfect spot! Hard to find large fenced fields for reactive dogs. Very quiet area! Great amenities!
55Shadow and I had a great time! Yard was clean, and he loved the available toys! He also loved the treats! Thank you...we will be back!
45Comfortable chairs and plenty of sniff spots!
55My dogs loved it here! Lots of toys to play with and plenty of room to run around. We will definitely be back! 💗
55Spacious For my pup and very clean! She loved exploring!
55Brooke’s yard was excellent and well shaded for the dogs!

Description

Welcome to Backyard Doggie Time! Here you can enjoy a dog friendly area with plenty of room to run. A large backyard located in town offers plenty of shade with sunny spots. Access to various water bowls to keep your furry friend hydrated. Plenty of extra tennis balls to use, and even dog treats to finish out your visit. A fully fenced in yard for safety and easy parking upon arrival. Feel free to use my trash can to deposit any waste.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

The driveway fence with gate is slightly over 3 feet tall but not quite 4 ft. I have a couple spots on my wood privacy fence that have rocks in place as the dirt washes out at times. Most dogs 20 lbs and up would not be able to get out. I am in the process of improving this. Thanks

Extras

Homemade Dog Treats$6

One dozen of homemade dog treats from my natural dog treat business called Woofersnacks. Choose from peanut butter, apple cinnamon, pumpkin or a variety pack. Once added as an extra I will reach out to ask for your choice.

Socialization$6

I can be present with you to allow my dog to have a play date and socialize with your furry friend. He is 20 lbs and has been around all dog breeds since he was one years old. I board in my home so he is used to other dogs.

WiFi$7

Wi-Fi for your personal access. Will work best on back deck where outdoor chairs and table are located. I will leave password upon arrival.

Hello and welcome! I am a dog lover and work in multiple dog based jobs. I have over 250 five star reviews with Rover for dog boarding and walking. I also work with Wag for dog walking services and have my own dog treat business called Woofersnacks. I also make dog products such as, bandanas, crate pads, training bells, paw balm and much more. I sell these at the Rose Marie building in the antique district in Mason, MI. My products are there year round. Check it out and you can follow me on Facebook and Instagram. Your furry friend will feel at home in my fenced in back yard. I have multiple water dishes left out for convenience and access to a water spout if a refill is needed. My yard is shaded and fairly large for being downtown. I also have a doggie pool for the hotter summer months that can be used, and extra tennis balls for guests. Feel free to inquiry about my dog boarding services. Thanks

Wynshire Woods Dog Trail In Whitmore Lake

🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property, and wildlife and farm animals are abundant. Because we have free range chickens and goats up near our home, all dogs must be leashed or on a long line. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. Any dogs who enter our farm area and hurt or traumatize animals will be fined. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 We are going into hunting season, and will be closed on the weekends so my husband can hunt. I will make sure any additional days he’s hunting I have the spot blocked off. For extra precaution (because there are properties neighboring us that people hunt), dogs should be kept on leash through hunting season (Oct 1-Dec 31). I’ve also purchased 2 orange dog vests that I’ll hang up in the hay barn/hut by the parking area that you can use while walking. (You may want to wear an orange hat as well). Just to be clear- no one will be hunting on our property when the trail has open days. I just want to be extra cautious because there are fields/woods outside our property that people do hunt. 😁.
