Description

We live on a relatively quiet cul de sac (in a small neighborhood) that borders a wooded area. In the middle of the cul de sac is a small flower garden, trees and bench. The back yard is mostly surrounded by arborvitae (cul de sac side) or trees. The small neighborhood is tree lined and features a road that creates a loop, with our home in the back of the neighborhood. Our yard is child friendly and includes a swing set and zip line. In addition we have a dog runner line. We are approximately 5 minutes from 195.

The yard is fully fenced with a majority being a 6ft tall newly installed fence. The shed side of the yard is close to a neighbors house and in the summertime you can expect to hear them but privacy trees behind the shed block the view so you won’t see them. The rest of the neighbors houses are much farther away as the house is conveniently located on a double lot. Enjoy the hammocks and couches as you wish!
