The property is thoughtfully divided to suit different play styles: Front ⅔: Open, grassy field—great for fetch, zoomies, training, or picnicking together. Back ⅓: A mix of field and shaded trees—ideal for sniffing, exploring, and cooling off on warm days. You’re welcome to enjoy the entire acre or keep your play to one section—whatever works best for your dog. Amenities Provided: Fresh water trough with automatic refill Off-street grassy parking right in front of the gate Secure agricultural-style entry gate.
