Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get the best exercise. There’s a big open field to play and train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. This is a fully fenced waterfront property with dock and seawall open to water ,double gate for driving in . Saltwater direct gulf accessible canal. Suitable for a fun day sunbathing picnicking under a shade tree , fishing paddling or kayak across the canal to the tiki bar and grill (outdoor dining) Dolphin and manatee sightings are also common here

We have 2 sitting areas for the hoomans to enjoy their visit. Drinks and snacks can also be provided with prior arrangements!
