Forest trail is tire dragged an maintained as well. Don’t let some snow stop your adventure!!! Project notes: slowly working on lighting all the trails for winter and evening walks! Back field is lit so far see pictures! Bring your pup out to enjoy a safe, private hike or walk on our fully fenced 10-acre treed property. The land features a trail that loops the entire perimeter, a short forest hiking trail, and a large mowed field that’s perfect for fetch and free running. The property is gated with secure parking and garbage bins on site. There’s also a fire pit area in the back fetch field with propane and wood available. In the winter, the perimeter trail is plowed so you can enjoy the space year-round. A free 15 minute ride around the property is included with your first booking! Check out the property with me point out any concerns and make sure the space is right for you and your dog! While exploring, you may spot local wildlife including moose, deer, rabbits, and more 🦌 Location • 8 minutes from Spruce Grove • 15 minutes from St. Albert • 20 minutes from Edmonton Dumpster On Site! If you need to get rid of extra garbage—or if you live on a rural property with no regular garbage collection—you can use the Garbage Disposal option in the Extras tab to dispose of your garbage bags on site for a small fee. Construction waste and other large items are also accepted, but must be approved via text before disposal. Dumpster use for dog poop and vehicle trash is always FREE! Please respect the dumpster fee for other items, as collection isn’t free and the weight adds to my monthly costs. Thank you for understanding! Water available during summer months! Have a black garbage bag full of household waste? The garbage bin is located at the entrance of the front gate. If you’ve got a few extra bags that won’t fit in your bin or you live on a rural property, this is an easy drop-off option.

Garbage disposal LARGE35 credits

Construction debris and large items are not considered household waste. Please check with me before using the dumpster for any large items or materials beyond normal household garbage. This is the base charge for disposal of large items like this. Additional fees may apply depending on size, weight, or material.

Includes 1 handmade greeting card featuring an original art print by property owner Alex. Alex runs a small loft gallery and paints scenes inspired by our mountain adventures. Indoor Parking10 credits

Are you a regular at Ruby’s Sniffspot and braving the cold? Enjoy parking in the heated shop so you can hop back into a warm, fully melted car after your walk. This is a great option during cold weather for extra comfort. Please contact me ahead of time for availability, as I need to be present to operate the door.

It’s approximately a 1/2 mile long from the old green shop parking area to the end of the big top pasture. The very large grass pasture at the top of the hill is edged with wild brush (and a very old 4 foot page wire fence) is all on the outside perimeter, the only open spot is the 2 front gates. But recall is good to have as I don’t completely trust fences as I’ve seen some pretty good escape artists get over much higher wooden fences. There are 2 smaller pastures at the bottom of the hill before the bush areas as well, and one side has a little bit of a pond/standing water on it. You could also see some wildlife on your walk. We hope you will consider us for your dogs exercise needs, and are looking forward to having you explore our private ranch pasture. 🐾 🐾
