Entrance to the right: Please follow the Sniffspot flags to enter our yard **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am. We vow to never raise our prices above $10/hr. Winter months see a price drop to $8/hr ❄️☃️

There are several locations nearby that offer public restrooms. 🚫🚽 Please, use the bags and trash can for all 💩 Please, do not let your pups dig up the ground Please, 🚫🚬. Any evidence will result in immediate ban Please LEAVE all toys & balls in the bins before you leave🎾 Closed 10pm - 6 am🌛 We are happy to let you enjoy your time with friends and family but please, be reasonable with the amount of additional humans and excess noise. Children 🧒🏼👶🏻👦🏽MUST be supervised at all times and shoes👟🩴 must be worn. FYI: there is one camera located near the back door. Please do not adjust or touch the device

Welcome to Ghent on the Corner! Enjoy our 2,500 sq ft corner lot with a 4 ft white vinyl picket fence. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Enjoy shaded seating underneath our gazebo. Spray your dog with our hose or throw a ball around with your pup. My partner Abel Cortez and I host this spot, but you will not interact with us or our dogs when visiting.
