Nothing abnormal. No pesticides used on our lawn, no other dogs will be in the yard with you and there is plenty of water. My dogs will be inside the house with us and in a kennel when we aren't home. The neighbor behind us has a dog but is usually inside and is a good boy. Never has access to our yard.

Somewhat new to sniffspot but we have had nothing but positive feedback so far. Prefer times after 4 on weekdays if possible but as long as its not a short notice reservation we will be able to accommodate just fine. We just have a good amount of windows and like to keep our dogs out of site of the windows so they dont distract your dogs any. Typically have a proper scooper and bags available, as well as a few toys, water bowls close to a hose and seats for the owners. I do appreciate it if you can keep them from digging, especially on the fence line. I dont want to create any weak spots for smaller dogs that visit. Other than that I hope you enjoy the yard and have fun with your fuzzy friends.

Wonderful spot to let your dog off leash! We do have 2 dogs in a dog run to the right side of the property near the house. They are very friendly but may bark out of excitement when you arrive, but Reno and Milo are super friendly. They will not be in the area for your dog but there is a small portion of shared chain linked fence. There is also plenty of space to play with your dog that isn't near Reno nor Milo. Some parts of the year there can be stickers in a small portion of the front yard. This doesn't seem to be a problem for short hair dogs at all, but your pup might get a couple if they have fluffy poodle hair or long hair. Every now and then 2 of the neighbors along the back side of the property have their dog in their backyard. Your dog will be able to see through, as the fence is chain link on the backside. The property is so large, there is definitely room for privacy, however. If you need to use the waterhose, it's on the left side of the house!
