This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property may need to come out or leave property, this is not a regular occurrence. I will communicate with you if the need arises. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. There is a street on one side of the fence so if you have a dog that likes to jump fences, this isn't the place for you. Dogs can be heard barking down the street but never any contact to my yard. Neighbors in the back or mail man may drive by but that's the only humans that will be around. I have a water bowl on the porch for pups & the hose is free to use if your dog likes water play. I have a few kid toys & a trampoline if you have kids you'd like to bring. If your dog likes to chew on toys or balls, please let me know so I can make sure to put the kids items away.
