Description

The lot is approximately 1 Acre. The front is flat with grass while the back has trees and dips downhill a bit to a creek. I remember playing there as a child when we would go to mow the grass. I'm not able to get pictures just yet but as soon as I can get there I will get more photos. It is directly across the street from the high school. If anyone is interested in purchasing the lot feel free to contact me with an offer

Additional rules

I put a max of 10 dogs but if that is if they are smaller dogs. and if they are well trained not to chase after anyone. BUt if they are not trained or are larger dogs I would recomment not bringing more than you can handle at once without fencing. Id appreciate it if people would pick up their dog poop but if u have just one or two small dogs I wouldnt worry about it. Epsecially if they go in the trees area. If they poo in the back area with the trees I dont mind leaving it there as ferterlizer for the trees. But in the grass area up front , please pick it up so others wont step in it. If they are big dogs with big poo then please pick it up unless u go near the creak to poo. If so then u can leave it there for ground nutrients. I really hope this works out because my mother really could use a little extra funds. But if you need me to I could maybe make arrangements. I live about 30 minutes south Just have a great time. There is no fence and one house next to it plus a house on the corner lot that houses some of the students at the school across it. The high school is across from my lot. There are 2 lots between the houses., We used to own both but sold one. ALways looking to sell the other if anyone wants to give me an offer. Other than that just have fun. THere is a creek in the back with a huge house across it so just be careful not to let the dog{s} jump the creek. I dont mind if you bring multiple dogs but if so u may have to keep some on a leash. I would recommend no more than a few dogs at a time but whatever u want to do is fine with me

My name is Shane are we have 3 morkies.. We had 5 but the mom died a few years ago at 10 and the boy like her died last halloween at 10 almost 11. The dad other son and daughter are still with us. And we are keeping my sisters yorkie for a few months while she is out of the country for work. My mother owns the land in Opelousas and cannot work due to getting sick a lot and I am the only one around that stayed to help her so I have to work from home, otherwise Id be taking off a lot to be here when she gets really sick, which has been happening quite often. Cancer in 91. I came across this app on Facebook and thought why not. The property isnt anything special and is a residential area and across from the high school. I figure even if this doesnt pan out, it cant hurt to list it. The yard isnt anything special up front but if you walk to the creekit is really pretty back there

Located on little to no traffic dirt road about 10 minutes from Carencro. Fully fenced. We have a total of 3 acres but are offering our front pasture which is about an acre (it is separate and fenced off from the back) because we have a few ducks and a cat in the back. There is a small swamp like area in the corner that has a stream of water after it has recently rained. Two cypress trees make great shade and a great spot to set up a hammock.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
