A bulletin board with a sample display of a Blue Green Algae test kit that can be purchased on Amazon’s. An area next to it where guests who do the tests can post the day, time and results for other pup owners to see. An array of pup towels to dry off with and a drying line. A Muddy Paw Spa wash station b4 they get back in the car, multiple large shaded sitting areas. A 10’x 10’ sand filled dig box for the pups who just have a need to dig. A “Tug of War”spring loaded grab bar for pups who like a good tug of war. Multiple pup fresh water dispensers, with bowls for them. Multiple Doggie Poop Depots with poop bag dispensers so for your convenience, no need to carry that around while you explore the 15 acres. ( Fair Warning.. very low tolerance for a guest who does not pick up after their pup) Two wooded trails areas that we have just begun to develop for the wild side areas to explore. Whether you're looking to catch the sunset, or just relax above the clouds, our Yard is the place to be. We are located just a few minutes from HWY 205. PNW weather can be unpredictable so keep in mind when booking in advance and BUNDLE up! The fully fenced yard features views of the city, lounge chairs, dog toys, water hose, and some covered shade. Treats on occasion for dogs and humans. Rocks, grass and dirt cover the yard. *Parking space is available. 🔷 Please use Caution when entering and exiting the property. Our yard is mostly grass with some trees for shade, chairs and a hammock for humans, and plenty of privacy for all. Fences are solid wood, 6 feet tall all around. Our pup, Major, will be indoors (unless you request a play with him - he's a friendly golden retriever). We'll keep the curtains closed for your privacy, but he may sneak a peak to say hi through the window. If you have a reactive dog and would like our dog completely out of sight, message me and I can accommodate that with prior notice. There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Please use what you see available - pooper scooper and dog bags on the patio, toys throughout the yard, towels, hose and water station for pups, garbage bin on your way out at the side of the house.

Mud free paved entrance and patio, extra picnic table, chairs and tables, swing, toys, night lighting til 10pm, light up collars/leashes upon request, disc golf basket, clean porta potty access, doggie poop bags hanging all around the field w/disposal cans! There's alot more to the 7 1/2 acre farm that makes it very unique. it's sort of like a rural "Portlandia". We've hosted dozens of weddings, parties, concerts, and reunions here in the past. So, just ask if you'd also be interested in using the farm for your own special event! We've had tons of doggie play date and birthday parties here. Just inquire first letting me know how many cars there'd be. If too many cars for F1, then F2 will work out during dry months, as you can drive your cars right into the field. There is plenty to sniff for the pups and we maintain the pasture regularly to keep the grass short. What we offer: ✔️ Large fully fenced pasture ✔️ Large parking area for easy parking and multiple guests. ✔️ Private entrance straight to the pasture. ✔️ Open barn for shade and shelter from rain and wind. ✔️ Chairs and table ✔️ Waste bags and trashcan for easy clean up and disposal. ✔️ 5 gallon purified bottled water jug for dogs and humans. ❌ Not available in the winter due to freezing weather, water will available upon request and brought out before your visit. ✔️ Clean field If you have questions or concerns feel free to send us a message :) *EDITS* 5/28/24* By request we've made some improvements on making this spot more small dog friendly by filling in noticable gaps under our fences and gates! 6/4/24* We've ordered supplies to update sagging area's in fencing and added water bowls. 9/16/24* Gate lock has been fixed.

This is a working sheep farm. You may see rams in the adjacent pasture. The L shaped field is about 2.5 acres of open ground. A second field is now open, adding 3.5 acres of short grass. Feel free to park directly in front of the gate for ease of loading in and out. You may see me or my farm hand at work. If you need a no visual/no contact visit, please let me know in advance.
