3 acres in no climb fence (2in x 4in holes) 5ft tall to the ground (no barbed wire). Crossfenced into 3 pastures with a wrap around lawn dog yard 30x80 on one side, 20x100 on the other. 5ea 10x20 6ft welded wire kennels with rubber floor. 2ea 20x25 playpens (all have shelters). Available October thru April.

The pool and hot tub will be covered for your safety. 8 foot concrete wall is a good sound barrier; although, it’s a quiet neighborhood. dogs are welcome to drink from the Koi pond in the front. The pond is quite deep; however, there are shelves built in. My dogs have not fallen in. The rocks on the ledge are sturdy. Nothing is off-limits in the yard. In our restroom available.

Small town backyard environment. Small children will enjoy the swings and trampoline and your pet will enjoy the sniffing around and a little space to run. Make our backyard, your pet's backyard away from home! Use our wifi to complete your work while your animal stretches and plays. Recommended to bring a folding lawn chair. Feel free to sunbath on the trampoline.

With almost a half acre of groomed yard fully fenced with 6' wood pickets, our yard is an ideal spot to let your dogs run and play. There is a nice amount of shade and a good distance for throwing balls and such.

Enjoy this small sniff spot to get your pooches a nice run in our spot that offers complimentary water ,toys and other amenities per request . While our property reserved for dogs is just over 1/2 and acre- the fence is currently in he process to be expanded to offer shade and more flat terrain as our fenced area is on a slant.
