Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Welcome to my mini farm. We have .7 acres. Backyard is fully fenced. Front and side are not fenced. There are chickens and a pig that live on the property. Chickens can be put up before you come. Animals are used to dogs. If you look into the coop and see some eggs feel free to take some farm fresh eggs with you. There are neighbors beside me, behind and in front that have dogs. You can hear them but can only see the dog behind me. There is a fire pit and egg chairs that you are welcome to use while your dog runs around. Also a trampoline. Water will be supplied.

It’s 5 1/2 foot tall fence large breeds can jump out of it If you leave your dog in there longer than time booked you’ll b charged double your rate and if you do t pick your dog up that day you have no booking the pound will come and pick up your dog. So make sure your being responsible After dark there are owls and cyotes they can come in the fence you need to be with your dog at all times the patio is not for guest or dogs. And damage done your expense to replace plz be respectful of the people living in the house.

This spot is very wide open and peaceful with beautiful scenery. During the summer months, feel free to pick blackberries that grow all along the backside of the field, either to take or enjoy during your stay; Great treat for your fur babies also ;) ! During the fall you will have an amazing view of the entire woodline trees changing colors, and in winter months enjoy the beautiful mountain view that is more visible as the trees start to lose their leaves! You can walk the entire field, explore, and enjoy the peace with your babies! The woods are part of the property, so if you'd like to explore and hike the woods, feel free! There is a small creek that runs through the woods that flows really well after a good rain. You may also see a few deer in the morning or evening! Feel free to set up your lawn chairs and just relax while your babies run wild!

They may bark to say hello. You’re welcome to enjoy the hammock and other outdoor chairs during your visit. Fresh water will be in the bowl. Our corgis also agreed to share some of their favorite toys: tennis balls. Please pick up after your pet. A trash can is located by the back of the house. We hope you both have fun!
