Welcome to Sweetwater Palms. A private home featuring a Swimming pool for your Pup to swim, splash and play. Pet parent get to enjoy the amenities too. Also makes great Photos for social media post. Large pool with shallow ledge. Perfect for wading and getting your feet and paws wet until ready doggy paddle. Fully fenced Pool deck allows for off leash enjoyment. Yard features nice green grass for fetch, Small walking trail, and Dock on Sweetwater Creek. Stay for an hour for a quick dip or pack the family and Pool Bag and chill for hours. Our yard offers lots of Fun and relaxation opportunities. Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Visit includes up to 2 pet parents. *** Additional Guest must be added to reservation.*** Ask Host for Party options for more than 4 people or 4 or more dogs. Dog Floats, Human Floats and other fun stuff under extras or in person. POOL IS NOT HEATED - but hot tub feature can be ADDED to use for humans and some warm water spills over the shallow ledge. See Extras JAN & FEB - Pool is COLD but opened for guest or PUPs that don't mind the cooler temps or just want to enjoy Sun Deck and yard. SNOWBIRDS AND DOGS WELCOME BACK! March - Spring is in the air! Pool temp quickly rises and is ready for enjoyment.

3rd + 4th Human Guest$10

Visit at Sweetwater Palms includes 1 Dog and 2 Pet parents. Like Sniffspot charges for each dog, additional humans must be added. To keep events small, visit is meant to be dog centered. Any more humans than 4 is a human centered event. Ask host about events for 4 or more guest. We also belong to site that rents pool by the hour for parties.

Additional rules

Well Behaved Dogs and Humans Welcome. This is a special treat for good boys and girls. No aggressive animals on our property. Visit is for 1 Dog and 1 Human. Like Sniffspot charges for extra Dogs, we do charge for extra Humans on extras. Additional guest must be added or host will have to ask for booking to be updated. Please leash your dog to enter or exit. Clean up after Dogs. If you do not have bags, some grocery style will be on deck. Dog Hair - A pregame brush goes a long way. Please brush pet if possible. Human People : Please supervise children and guest at all times including pool area, yard and nature sections. No lifeguard on duty, please swim at your own risk. Shoes recommended in yard. Dangerous wildlife could exist in nature areas. NO Diving or Running on pool deck. NO Dangerous or Destructive Behavior. NO Loitering in Front Yard. NO Underaged Drinking. This is my current list of NO items but when in doubt, ASK. Breaking the rules may result in being asked to leave early. NO REFUND. LATE: Please be on time. Pre-Plan the drive time to get here. Late arrival does not extend your reservation. CANCELLATION: up to 2 hours before Reservation. IF within the 2 hour window, guest will be charged. Pool and property does take time get ready.

Lexi's Pup Hideaway, Pawsssitvily Perfect!

My Slice of heaven and my Pup. I have two cats and used to have another dog. We are gated I will have to let you guys in. I have some seating and shade and water for all. I am off the beatten path for sure. Its usually quiet and my favorite place to live. I will have more amenities as time goes on I need to move from another location. <3 Much Love and peace. Posting more pics soon of the seating for Dog parents. :) PS we have Endangered Toritsises that picked to live here so if Puppo no liko Please save your time. They are harmless t my pup. * No Public Restroom* Sorry. Private residence .

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
