I own a small Farmette in WV. I have a large open area with rail fencing around for you pets to run
Come enjoy a slice of Penn's Woods. Our 5 acre property is full of trails winding through the forest. Located in a quiet area with few neighbors your dogs can freely explore nature. After a woods walk feel free to wind down on the front porch taking in the sounds of nature, or the pants of a happy pup ☺️ The home is a vacation property, so no need to worry about interruptions during your visit.

We are in beautiful WV. Our backyard is an oasis in the making we have 16 acres for you and your furry family member(s) to enjoy. There is a running stream surrounding our property and a trail you can explore. We host : - retreats for veterans with PTSD - couples retreats - camping in the summer w/ fireworks - movie nights under the stars - weddings - banquets We are family friendly; There is a little playground and lawn games. A five-acre dog park offers an expansive, open space for dogs to run, play, and socialize freely! West Virginia is almost heaven for both animals and humans, offering breathtaking natural landscapes, abundant wildlife, and outdoor activities.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by woods, complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens who live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!
