Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Due to the cold weather, the water hose has been shut off. Please let us know if you require fresh water. ***Please pick up after your pups so the yard stays clean and safe for your pup and other pups. Thank you. Doggie bags and trash can on site.*** Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Madra Training Field In Boyds

Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

Acres of fun

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

Fertile Meadows

Come let your dog romp around my historic home in my fenced acre back-yard. Sit in the tree swing or relax on the bench. Refreshing for dogs and humans! Home adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. Lots of open space and privacy. Help yourself to toys, poop dogs, and water for the dogs inside the smokehouse. Fresh water is put out frequently (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months. My yard is best for dogs that are NOT reactive. I have neighbors who use their back yards and have pets and children!

Willow Tree Yard

Winter Holidays Sale!! $4 per hour between December 15 and January 5. After that, the price will increase to $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks (with 3 lawn chairs) is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table that has 4 chairs) is available for a small extra fee ($1). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring.
