***WINTER ALERT and PRICING*** Enjoy our winter pricing now through February. We will have less availability throughout the winter months as we don’t always have the ability to spot check between visitors and due to the extended dark hours. There is now motion lighting on the patio and at the back of the garage. I can put out headlamps if needed and am available to do so. REMINDER: Snow ❄️ is WET and can FREEZE 🥶 please be cautious walking in the yard and wear good boots 🥾 the patio and driveway will be cleared of snow and pet friendly ice melt put down, however, please use an abundance of caution. Welcome to our .33 acre fully fenced shady backyard oasis that’s full of sniffs and fun for your furry companions 🐶 🎾 🦴 🐿️ Things to love ❤️ Forest 🌳 foliage: Large mature trees that provide ample shade and lots of opportunity for Snifari’s. A serene zen like park/forest setting for exploration or leisure with a plethora of room to roam and explore. A very deep yard making fetch an Olympic event. Total privacy and security 🔐 Fully fenced with 3 sides of 6 foot privacy fencing and 5 foot chain link gated fence at the entryway. No neighbors to the east. Off leash freedom for your dog(s) to run, play and explore with peace of mind for the humans. Dog Friendly amenities A ball 🎾 and toy pit for games of fetch, tug and more. Two dog pools and water hose to fill/refill (spring/summer). Agility equipment coming 2026. Outdoor cots for sun 🌞 bathing Several seating options for the humans: table and chairs by the fire 🔥 pit and more seating on the concrete patio with an umbrella. Come relax, read a book, do some work or engage in some one on one time with your doggo(s).

HOST NOTE

Having too much fun watching your dog RUN free 😎🐶 I have a compost area behind the garage. It is fenced off; a motivated dog could jump in. For athletic dogs or "jumpers", there is a firewood pile along the west side of the fence that an active dog could jump on. There is a also a deck box against the chain link fence that can be moved during your visit. 💩 happens! We’ve ALL missed a 💩 here or there, so let’s give each other some grace. If there several, please let me know as I’m not always home between visits to spot check. Yard is hilly; not level and flat; the dogs do not mind at all 😎

2 hour dog behavior evaluation; training is done during evaluation. Receive training tips to implement with your dog moving forward. Hi 👋🏽 I’m Jenn, an avid animal lover, dog trainer and experienced dog rescuer. Most of my clients are either dog and or human reactive, so I wholeheartedly understand the value of having spaces that are safe for dogs that aren’t as comfortable in the world we live in today. Dog parks are tricky and most owners don’t have their dogs under full reliable voice control. I want to provide a space where both ends of the leash (dog and human) feel safe and at ease. If you foster for a 501c3 rescue, reach out for rescue rates. My pack consists of Mickey, Daisy and Raven who are excited about sharing their backyard space. Daisy is the reason I became a dog trainer as 10+yrs ago I failed her and (unknowingly) created a dynamic where she didn’t feel I would keep her safe, so she became reactive. After lots of relationship rebuilding and healing, she helps every single client and foster dog I e had in my home…hundreds of dogs and puppies.

This spot has all the smells a dog could want. Enter the property through the electric gate and park onsite, then release the hounds. Host will be on-site to let you and then leave. The yard has a lot of space for running and playing catch. There is a large area of sand that dogs can dig and play in. Yard is fully fenched with fabric on the fence to keep dogs focused in the yard. We have seen deer, racoons, possum, wild turkies, bunnies and tons of squirrels run through our yard.

Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also!

My backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff! *Water is off until May. Please bring water.* The water is usually left ready to go, but the spigot on the side of the house is off. To use it, open the valve on the side of the house by the driveway. When you leave, please shut it off again, it tends to drip otherwise. Thanks!
