Along the back fence near the sandbox is a strawberry patch. They are ripening Mid May thru mid June. They are sweet and juicy! Help yourself!
We have large sandbox that many dogs just love.(especially on hot days they love digging and rolling in the cool sand.) If your pup gets a little too tenacious with the digging we'd appreciate a little smoothing out with the rake that is there if you can.
This extra is available for friendly playful pups and pups that would like another fun-loving dog to play with. It lasts for 15 minutes or 30 minutes during your visit. Other types of playdates can be arranged on a case by case basis. I have to coordinate this extra with you in advance so message me if you are interested. Thanks!
There is a milk crate by the gate with toys. Please use whatever toys you want and return anything you took out or picked up to the crate before you leave.
I am available to help you out with your dogs training and offering my advice. This is an extra that needs to be coordinated with me in advance. Message me if you are interested. The training assistance is offered for 20 minutes during your visit. Examples of possible training include basic commands like sit, leash manners or correct barking at you. I will let you know if I think I can help and what steps you need to take and go over how to execute them. Thanks!

The yard is pesticide-free and maintained by a professional cleaning company throughout the week, ensuring a safe and clean environment for your furry friends. While your pets explore the yard, please keep an eye on them, especially the little ones. The backyard also features natural ground foliage that animals love to investigate and enjoy. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.
Come play in our fenced in backyard. In the summer you can set up a kiddie pool. We have chairs and a screened in back porch too.
Our little cottage in Hyattsville Hills has a lovely big backyard and we would love to share it with you. My dog Ruby loves doing laps around the shed, looking at the deer in the back, wooded area and chasing squirrels of course. There are benches and chairs for you to relax while your pup has fun and there are usually some balls and toys hanging around for you to play with

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog!
