Description

Lots of smells and open space to run and play! Our partially treed land offers the right combination of sun and shade. State Game Lands are right across the lane so wildlife, trees and fresh air are abundant here! Trek through our woods or run in our oversized yard - either way, we'll never bother you! Please keep in mind our property is unfenced, so doggy friends who are particularly obedient might fare better here!

- Please park to the right of the red jeep as pictured and access the yard from the right side of the house - Please be aware that this is an unfenced property so doggy visitors should be trained to "come" or should be leashed. You must be confident in your dog's ability to return to you upon command. There are many smells and tons of wildlife here (it's not unusual for deer to pass through) so if you're dog(s) is a "runner" and has a high prey drive, this property is not right for you. - Visiting neighbors yards is strictly prohibited. - There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on my property. No flames of any kind will be tolerated and vaping is also prohibited. - You are welcome to explore our yard as you please but please be respectful of everything living thing, trees and plants, and as you know, you MUST pick up and remove all your dogs poop. I do NOT supply bags. Please bring your own.

Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! Some toys are available just please be respectful and put everything back where you found it ! Hope This brings some peace of mind for your dog to run about and play in a safe fenced in environment!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
