Description

The grass is long in the pictures, however that isn't the norm. It gets mowed monthly but the summer months it does grow quickly. Dog digging isn't an issue. Will be setting up a plastic table and chairs on the patio along with a water bowl for dogs, plastic bags for poop (garbage can is between front and back yard) , and hand sanitizer. Water spicket located in the front of the house for refilling water bowl.

Decent sized fenced in backyard perfect for dogs to rub around and play! Also a covered patio for you and your pup to get some shade, sit, and have drinks/snacks. Great neighborhood with laid back residents.

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you keep your dog on a leash while walking to the spot and until you have closed the gate behind you. In order to maintain the condition of our property, we ask that you do not drive on the grass. Please park your car in the designated parking lot on the asphalt and walk to the spot. Additionally, please remember to pick up after your dog and dispose of any toy pieces if they are destroyed. Please be mindful of your booking time and ensure that you do not arrive before your scheduled time, and please vacate the spot by the end of your reserved time. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
