Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Large fenced in backyard with lots of amenities for you and your four legged friends. There is a large lanai with full bathroom that includes a shower area for your pets. You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. There is a fire pit with some camping chairs and an outdoor table if you’d like to have a picnic. Any questions or requests please ask!

Well manicured and safe yard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep with the ability to be heated as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in either being heated, please select those in the ‘Extra’ options. Keep in mind that the pool takes approximately 1 hour to raise the temperature by 1 degree, please plan your visit a little later in the day if choosing that extra! 💜 Two humans included with dog reservation. Alana's 5 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Dover

Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!

He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fenced backyard.
